These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Miami Computer Distributors, Inc. website and any purchases, inquiries, or business arrangements made through or with Miami Computer Distributors, Inc. ("MCD," "we," "our"). By accessing our website or conducting business with MCD, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use. You may not use this site to transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, attempt unauthorized access to any system, or engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.

2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on this website are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are subject to manufacturer changes. MCD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or execution of a credit agreement.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and credit terms for approved business accounts.
• Net-30/60 credit terms are subject to credit approval and may be revoked at MCD's discretion.
• Past-due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge and may be sent to collections.

4. Shipping and Delivery

MCD ships via FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. MCD is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Standard return window: 30 days from delivery for most products.
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by MCD.
• Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging unless defective.
• Restocking fees of up to 20% may apply on non-defective returns.
• Special-order or custom-configured products are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Warranties

All products carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty. MCD does not provide additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's terms. MCD will assist with warranty claim facilitation as a courtesy, but all warranty obligations rest with the original manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, website, or services. MCD's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of MCD or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
